Our Story
At 3 Owls Counseling, we believe healing happens in steady light—not under pressure, not all at once, but with care and time.
The owl has long been a guide through darkness. It sees what’s subtle, turns toward what’s hidden, and listens before it moves. That quiet wisdom shapes our work.
This practice exists to offer a calm, grounded space for people navigating change—grief and burnout, caregiving and sobriety, identity shifts and life transitions. We don’t rush answers or push fixes. We walk alongside you as clarity emerges, one honest step at a time.
We don’t see people as broken. We see people as adaptive. Many of the patterns that cause pain once helped you survive. Therapy here honors that truth while gently making room for new ways of living that feel more aligned, sustainable, and whole.
Like the woods that surround us, healing unfolds in seasons. This is a place to pause. To listen inward. To begin again—with support.
Owls are known for their ability to see clearly in low light, turn toward what’s hidden, and move deliberately rather than urgently. Across cultures, they symbolize wisdom earned through experience.
We believe that owls reflect our approach to therapy: thoughtful, observant, and paced to the nervous system. We don’t rush change or force insight. We create enough safety for honest reflection—and enough support for growth.
The name 3 Owls also represents balance: past, present, and becoming. Therapy here holds space for all three.
