About Me
I work with adults navigating life transitions—grief, burnout, caregiving, sobriety, identity exploration, and moments when something inside says, this isn’t working anymore. Many of the people I work with don’t arrive with a clear diagnosis. They arrive with exhaustion, questions, or a sense that it’s time for change.
I bring an easygoing, grounded presence shaped by lived experience, not a seamless path. My own life has included heartache, mistakes, and bold transitions that have deepened my compassion and curiosity. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe they are adaptive—and worthy of care, clarity, and relief.
Therapy with me is collaborative and steady. I walk alongside you, offering support as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and resilience.
My Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned connection. Together, we explore patterns that may have once protected you but now feel limiting, with attention to the nervous system, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
I value pacing and consent in the work. Therapy is not about pushing insight or forcing change—it’s about creating enough safety for honesty, reflection, and meaningful growth.
Nature is an important part of my practice. When appropriate, I offer walk-and-talk sessions, recognizing the role that movement, fresh air, and slowing down can play in healing.
